Quality Analytics will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Nielsen television data. This role identifies potential risks to data quality and assists with the necessary investigations to quickly and efficiently resolve issues, automatically process notifications, and search for customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continue to work on daily processes and policies.
  • Efficient and effective ticket management according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreements (SLA) in the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Properly escalate unresolved tickets to SOP for senior technicians and flag vendors for high system availability.
  • Always complete daily insurance reports according to SOPs.
  • Notify customers of watermark errors on their systems.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve problems and build positive relationships.
  • Actively participate in the development of processes and documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills: in person, by phone, email and social media.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks, maintain focus, remember and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines.
  • Computers are familiar with the popular Google Suite.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, information technology, or similar field.
  • Experience with ServiceNone or other ticketing systems is highly desired.
  • Experience with radio or television equipment is highly desirable.
