Key Responsibilities:
- Identify problems and escalate them to management.
- Deliver products and services to customers.
- Research information requests using existing customer materials and solutions.
- Investigate, identify and resolve customer issues using appropriate software.
- Route calls and tickets to the correct device and domain, and to the person who can best support the user.
- Record all call information according to standard procedure.
- Learn how to call, write it down and show it to the management team.
- Create SOP for new questions and answers.
- Complete call recording and report.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills,

- Technical knowledge of troubleshooting database systems and interest in learning new technologies.
- Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix. Remote support plus VDI, VPN, security software and more.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails quickly.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
