Key Responsibilities:
- Join as a member of the development team.
- Complements component development with designs designed by senior developers.
- Planning and executing unit tests.
- Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development).\
- Work in shift as part of 24×7 Operations Support.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and deep problem solving skills.
- On-call or after-work hours may be required to serve the customer during customer-impacting outages.
- Must be flexible in coordinating off-hours projects and on-call work as needed.
- Linux, Shell scripting, Java/J2EE, Oracle,YAML.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
