Key Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional software, platform, development, operations, architecture and business partners to provide DevOps support for core activities while helping optimize, operate and grow existing businesses.
- Operates a team of agile professionals and SMEs who bring great energy, focus and innovative ideas, supporting our mission to deliver value and see the world “through the eyes of the customer.”
- Maintain and support automation and processes to enable teams to deploy, manage, configure, scale, and monitor applications.
- Maintenance and support of cloud environments (production and non-production)
- Protect and support world-class, cloud-enabled, state-of-the-art products by:
- Maintenance of active construction processes.
- Support and maintain CI/CD channels.
- Deploy to public cloud providers like AWS.
- Maintain and support tools and processes that help streamline the daily activities of the company and team.
- Collaborate with development and platform/product support teams in a timely manner to develop applications for new systems or projects using DevOps.
- Stay up to date on trends, learn new technologies, and join local tech communities.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Skills:
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools.
- Fundamentals of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Basic information about version control systems (e.g. , Github) and CI/CD tools.
- Practical knowledge of development methods.
- Strong written/oral communication skills, data focused, able to work in a team environment, project management, analytical skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
