Experience: Freshers (0-6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test assigned User Stories or Change Requests with minimal guidance.
Document design, create unit tests, and add necessary comments and notes to related work items for clarity and future reference.
Participate in regular meetings with Technical Leads to review Technical Design Specifications, obtain development tasks, track progress, and clarify any technical issues related to coding and testing.
Learn and utilize necessary tools to ensure effective source code control, version management, issue tracking, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to coding and development standards and conventions throughout the development process.
Track and address development issues for a given release as assigned, incorporating them into a status report for the Development Coordinator.
Assist the Development Coordinator in prioritizing and assigning technical tasks to the Development Team, based on the release content determined by the Development Manager.
Ensure each development item undergoes thorough unit testing in a proper deployable environment (outside the development environment) before handing it over to the Implementation group for Integration Testing and the QA group for overall Quality Assurance
Participate actively in analysis and design meetings for the Product.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT
Skills:
- Possess exceptional understanding of C, C++, and OOP concepts.
- Familiarity with .NET technologies such as ASP, C#, and VB.net is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Expertise in designing and developing multi-tiered applications.
- Proficient in RDBMS design, including SQL Server, Oracle, and similar databases.
- Skilled in HTML/DHTML and JavaScript development.
