Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering solutions for the Turbine Control Software product portfolio and support its expansion.
- Address field-reported issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving for turbines in operation.
- Support the global service technical team to ensure optimal turbine fleet performance.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to address new solution requirements and technology developments.
- Develop solutions in close collaboration with system leads, focusing on specific personal system issues in turbines.
- Verify solutions at all levels, including software tests (in-house) and field verification.
- Document and present work precisely to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Degree in B. Tech / B.E / MTech / ME in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented and State-based software design for real-time embedded systems.
- Strong development experience with C++.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python and SQL, enabling efficient and dynamic problem-solving.
- Familiarity with control systems using MATLAB Simulink (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiar with Git, Jenkins, and Atlassian suite for streamlined continuous integration.
