About ADP
In 1949, Henry Taub, along with his brother Joe Taub, founded Automatic Payrolls, Inc., a company initially focused on manual payroll processing. Frank Lautenberg joined the Taub brothers during the company’s early days and, after excelling in sales and marketing, became a full partner in 1957. In 1961, the company rebranded as Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) and began integrating advanced technology such as punched card machines, check printing machines, and mainframe computers. That same year, ADP went public with 300 clients, 125 employees, and revenues of approximately $400,000. By 1965, the company had expanded internationally by establishing a subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Frank Lautenberg, who had risen to the position of president by 1970, saw the company’s stock transition from trading on the American Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange that same year. ADP continued to grow, acquiring the pioneering online computer services company Time Sharing Limited (TSL) in 1974 and Cyphernetics in 1975. Lautenberg served as chairman and CEO until his election to the United States Senate from New Jersey in 1982.

Develop, certify, and deploy applications or modules according to functional and system requirements.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, the Architecture team, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of functional and system requirements, maintain architectural integrity, and uphold product quality.
Maintain consistent documentation throughout the development process.
Promptly escalate any issues to the Lead Application Developer that may impact project delivery.
Actively contribute to the team’s ongoing processes, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT
Skills:
Basic programming skills (Any programming language)
Strong core knowledge on Oops, data structures and algorithms
A very good logical reasoning skill and ability to solve complex problems using algorithms/ flow chart/ programs
A clear understanding of database, preferably RDBMS
Active contribution to the final year project with a clear understanding of the overall project
Participation in hackathon, codify, debugging or any other similar events.
