Role and Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be holding hardcore 24X7 network Ops experience and must have worked on large scale infra.
- He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end. Candidate must have worked/handled the IT projects.
- Candidate must have work experience in implementing/troubleshooting Routing (Static, EIGRP, BGP and Policy Based routing) and Switching issues (VTP/STP).
- Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR Series) and Switches (6500/4500/3850 Model) &Firewall (Cisco & ASA). Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication.
- Candidate must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN). The candidate should hold very rich experience in corporate LAN, Security & WAN infra.
- Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from the candidate.
- Front-end face for Genpact Network Team while participating in internal P1/P2 Incident resolution bridge call. Participate in Bridge calls with clients for joint troubleshooting of network issues.
- Work with different Vendors and service Providers for faster and accurate resolution. Playing a key role in network-related incidents and providing key inputs for Problem Management.
- Identifying open risks in the production network and providing input for mitigation.
- Documenting all Changes done in the production environment through Change Management process.
Qualifications and Skills
