Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring process quality is paramount both in the developmental phase and throughout serial production.
- Actively contributing to the development of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance the robustness of our processes.
- Engaging in meetings, workshops, and diverse training activities to stay abreast of industry best practices and continually expand skills.
- Actively participating in various Lean Activities, including value mapping and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Implementing Six Sigma techniques such as FPY and VSM for process enhancement.
- Proficient in TQM principles, independently addressing problem-solving.
