Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 50 small to medium-sized customers ($2-3 million in annual customer revenue).
- Take responsibility for the effective use of PowerShare and services across all customers by leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive, action-oriented implementation plan.
- Deploy (install, train, test, and log in) PowerShare for Spoke accounts.
- Increase your market awareness, educate your prospects, and meet or exceed your goals by extending PowerShare’s reach across your entire customer base.
- Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve them.
- Be accountable to drive efficient usage of PowerShare within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented Adoption Plan.
- Build, maintain and leverage relationships within each customer to influence adoption, build strong support for new features and ensure they are ready to support Microsoft+Nuance.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the client’s business/industry and appropriately challenge the client’s perception of both their business and processes.
- Organize and drive strong buy-in across multiple external and internal teams and maintain strong relationships with PowerShare SMEs throughout the customer lifecycle.
