Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on providing support and solutions to Oracle customers.
- Guide and support customers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure effective use of the product.
- We act as an important link between companies and customers and provide process, application and technology know-how.
- Handle non-technical and technical inquiries via telephone and digital channels.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer relations and internal support.
- Work with customer IT staff to resolve technical issues (SQL/UNIX required), prioritize communications, resource utilization and timely progress.
- Applies agile software development methods as a member of agile teams.
- Participates in the entire process and works in pair mode with colleagues.Challenge requirements, design and quality by focusing on technical leadership.
- Guides the creation of a software project. Recognized technical expert within the team in specific areas.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BSC/BCA/BE/BTECH/MTECH
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of software design and development in embedded applications using C/C++, C# and Python.
- Experience developing software in healthcare or a highly regulated industry; Experience with IEC 62304 and FDA medical device guidelines.
- The development of Standard and other relevant medical device regulatory standards is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Agile SW Development practices; experience in scaled agile framework (SAFe) is preferred.
- Proven experience working with real-time operating systems; ThreadX is required, FreeRTOS is preferred.
