Introduction
You will be working as R&D Software Engineer and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Senior QE Manager and will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for generative AI development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and designing state-of-the-art generative AI models and architectures, utilizing machine learning techniques to facilitate creative content generation, natural language processing, and other AI-driven applications.
- Developing and optimizing ML algorithms and models for training and fine-tuning generative AI systems using extensive datasets, ensuring the generation of high-quality output that aligns with specified objectives.
- Exploring and experimenting with advanced ML techniques to improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of generative AI models.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and clean datasets, preparing them for training generative AI models.
- Rigorously testing and evaluating AI models to guarantee their reliability, stability, and generalization capabilities.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and ML development techniques, exploring new research papers, technologies, and frameworks to continually enhance our AI capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. University students graduating soon or recent graduates.
- Demonstrated passion for AI and a strong desire to work in the field of generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks, such as Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Exposure to basics of AI, including deep learning, natural language processing and reinforcement learning.
- Exposure to Generative AI concepts and frameworks such as GPT, VQ-VAE and GANs, through coursework, projects or internships.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
