Key Responsibilities:
- Administer & supervise SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365.
- Guarantee optimal uptime for customers in our SaaS ecosystem.
- Track application health and document application errors, bugs & exceptions.
- Follow the incident escalation protocol according to severity.
- Adjust to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure utilized within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Skills:
- Basic AWS cloud platform understanding and experience. AWS Certification is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux Server Operating Systems.
- Capability to work efficiently either independently or within a team setting.
- Aptitude to address and resolve intricate situations professionally.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
- Basic scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Regexp, VB scripting, Python…etc. would be an additional advantage.
