About Amazon
The Amazon SFT team is looking for a highly energetic, detail-oriented and talented QAT to run tests on Amazon products and services. You support manual testing and the use of automated tools. Using debug settings, you troubleshoot issues and share error reports with necessary logs, run automated tests, and analyze, detect, investigate and effectively report errors. You will also challenge the situation and ask for improvements, help maintain testing, and report progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Software and product testing using both manual and automated tools.
- Install and configure the software, use debug settings, and collect logs, icons, etc. to include in error reports when instructions are published. Have collecting technical skills.
- Use automatic documentation, error analysis and support automation.
- Identify issues, drill down, resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders, escalate issues, and report status.
- Assist developers or others in testing and maintaining a quality environment by suggesting improvements to SOPs, tools, and metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education
Skills:
- Good analytical skills and understanding of QA.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze incoming files.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools.
