Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our backend systems using Python and Django, with a focus on building REST APIs.
- Design and implement database schemas and queries using relational and NoSQL databases.
- Integration with third-party services, including Kafka.
- Work with front-end team to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability and security of our systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Write optimized code and provide turnkey solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Any Computer Degree
Skills:
- Expert in Python, excellent knowledge of Python-Django framework.
- Knowledge of Object Relational Mapping (ORM) (required).
- Good knowledge of REST APIs.
- Must have knowledge of Job Queues, Kafka, Celery, Gearman.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, Mongo DB, Redis cache, version control (Git, GitLab).
- Experience in containerization (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
- AI, NLP, ML knowledge, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) for PII/sensitive data protection.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
