Experience: Freshers (0-6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document test scenarios and manual test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute
test cases and prepare test protocols. - Report any defects discovered during implementation using the defect management tool defined in the project.
- Perform troubleshooting to determine the root cause and then document the results in problem tracking software. Also clearly understand the affected areas with the solution proposed/delivered by the development team.
- Work with the team to ensure that defects discovered during testing are resolved and retested. Update the status accordingly.
- Participate fully in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint reviews.
- Help the Scrum Team ensure that the Sprint Goal is achieved, including activities outside of the QA function if necessary.
- Support application implementation if required.
- This person should have basic testing and defect management experience.
- Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Automation Testing, Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Strong Thinking Skills, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Error Reporting, Test Execution, Case Writing Testing.
- Some short travel may be required for business/group collaboration.
