Key Responsibilities:
- Handle different stages such as KYC, reference data management, legal documentation, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, and brokerage functions.
- Engage in trade support activities, including drafting, corporate actions, and tax operations.
- Capture, catalogue, and process data.
- Input and update systems with accurate data.
- Perform reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers.
- Prepare detailed reports using MS Excel.
- Generate reports related to various trade and operational activities.
- Communicate with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies through phone or email.
- Manage risk identification and escalation, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Perform trade confirmation matching and trade pre-settlement support.
- Reconcile trade positions from front office to back office.
- Manage settlements of cash flows from trading events such as interest or premium payments.
- Operate syndicated loans and manage corporate action setups and operations.
- Provide reference data support and handle regulatory reporting, including Swaps Data Repository (SDR) and KYC.
- Conduct various front-office and back-office reconciliations.
