Key Responsibilities:
- Run test cases and scripts to ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
- Identify, track, and report errors and issues discovered during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure software is thoroughly tested and meets project objectives.
- Participate in project planning and cost estimating activities to ensure testing activities are appropriately defined and funded.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases and test scripts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline testing processes and improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managed by team members, able to understand simple requirements and contribute to the preparation of test datasets and writing and executing test cases.
- Participates in group activities such as planning, daily stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and development.
- Participate in the automation of test scripts and create required documentation.
