Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics and reporting capabilities. Assign numeric values to critical business functions so you can assess and compare business performance over time.
- Monitor performance and quality to identify improvements. Optimize existing services and systems and ensure data quality and availability of true sources.
- Collaborate with other teams to find actionable business insights.
- Support other teams in setting success metrics for specific products/features.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to meet OTIF business requirements (completely and on time).
- Work with both web analytics and back-end data analytics.
- Learn and use third-party SaaS tools and custom reports quickly and with little documentation.
- Assist in presenting demonstrations and preparing leadership materials.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT
Skills:
- Experience with Python data analysis packages (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn) is essential.
- Explore and visualize data using tools such as Amplitude, Clevertap, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to ask questions, write reports and present results.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to transform ambiguous business and product questions into comprehensive, meaningful analysis.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
