Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive third-party risk management program.
- Manage the vendor/supplier/third party due diligence process, including risk assessment, contract negotiations and ongoing monitoring.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors/third parties to ensure compliance with company information security policies and standards.
- Establish requirements for third-party access to company systems or data.
- Identify deficiencies in existing controls and recommend improvements.
- Monitor vendor/third party performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop incident response processes involving vendors/suppliers/third parties.
- Stay up to date on new threats, trends, best practices, industry standards, regulations and more.
