Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, addressing their queries and providing solutions. Build and nurture relationships with assigned customers, ensuring a positive and customer-centric experience.
  • Take ownership of issue resolution, coordinating with other teams as needed. Become an expert in Limechat’s product and educate customers on its use and benefits.
  • Set and efficiently work on goals to prevent escalations and maintain service quality. Manage day-to-day tickets and collaborate with other teams for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Advocate for customers, capturing feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.
  • Share best practices with team members to continually enhance process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
