Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday projects and improvements for our existing system, covering both functional and technical areas in a DevOps model.
- Support day-to-day Workday operations, including handling incidents, managing upgrades, maintaining tenants, and other maintenance tasks.
- Use independent judgment to carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to refine requirements and provide recommendations on solutions.
- Develop Workday solutions, custom reports, documents, and integrations using available tools and methods.
- Participate in and contribute to reviews of configurations and code.
- Identify, track, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant experience.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with software development, databases, and data management at the project level.
- Strong understanding of essential HR system concepts, including the relationships between different systems and their downstream effects.
- Understanding of Integration framework: SFTP, Encryption, Middleware, Web servers, MFA, SSO, SaaS, VCS.
- Thorough grasp of data integrity and privacy requirements.
- Capability to communicate project status and risks effectively to both the team and management.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum approach.
