Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing automated testing frameworks.
- Collect and report quality metrics from test runs.
- Work with developers to design testing strategies specific to the features you are developing and to automate them.
- Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate.
- Assist technical organizations in troubleshooting or troubleshooting applications and development/test environments.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BE/BTECH (CS/CE/IT), ME/Mtech (CS/CE/IT), MCA/MSc IT
Skills:
- Experience working in various automation testing frameworks including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open source projects.
- Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
- Ability to understand multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automation), their strengths and weaknesses, and make optimal use of them, including monitoring and resolving any issues encountered.
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profiler, system administration/Unix tools) to facilitate daily tasks.
