Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team and other designers to transform concepts from initial ideas to sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Rapidly produce multiple design concepts, discerning when to apply pixel-perfect detail and when to utilize low-fi sketches and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to devise elegant yet practical solutions to design challenges.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team interactions to ensure cohesive and effective design implementation.
- Provide support during isolated phases of the design process, ensuring continuity and quality.
- Assist the design team with various tasks such as updating the design system in accordance with the central design library and implementing UI improvements.
- Conceptualize and create graphics and illustrations based on specific requirements, supporting sales activities with newsletters, case studies, product documentation, etc.
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
- Coordinate and participate in research activities to gather valuable user insights, informing design decisions.
- Lead design audits, analyzing all design elements used across products to ensure alignment with the design system.

Skills:
- Excellent sense of visual design, including typography, font pairings, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficient in designing micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
- Skilled in using UI and interaction design tools such as Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong understanding of common UX and UI patterns for different platforms and factors.
