  • Ensure configuration tasks for enterprise/wholesale customers are completed with clean SLA deployments.
  • Perform change management, opt-in and migration requests.
  • Standard testing and troubleshooting for post-release installs/activations.
  • Check cable connections and plan dispatch during field use.
  • Regularly participates in key projects or activities as an integral member of the team.
  • Ensure all installation functions are completed on time to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Manage escalations as needed and when the project is at risk.
