Key Responsibilities:
- Work with HR business partners and functional teams to understand and address HR data requirements.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to build comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, outliers, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Design and build reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Create visually appealing presentations and effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Use data storytelling techniques to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing dashboards and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources Management, or related field
Skills:
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Ability to run SQL queries and work with databases.
- Skilled in creating presentations and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in data handling and reporting.
