Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage the requirements sourcing process by identifying and vetting potential candidates.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support as needed.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the recruiting database.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and managing candidate correspondence.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruiting best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
