Job Role: Trainee – Document Control
Degree: B.Sc, BCA, B.Com graduates with 70%
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Batch: 2023 or 2024 without any backlogs
Experience: Freshers (0-6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides systematic, comprehensive and accurate reporting to project management, disciplines and clients as required.
- Performs document control activities in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- To receive, review, document and distribute project technical drawings and documents in the document control system in an efficient and timely manner as recommended by the Engineer according to the approved project and procedures.
- Where necessary, ensure paper and electronic files are appropriately maintained to meet QA requirements.
- Contribute to compilation of final project files such as build and repository.
- Establishing a systematic and comprehensive project delivery system.
- Performing other duties required by the Director/Director – Document Control.
- Prepare and document all technical documentation according to agreed procedures. Ensures agreed processes meet project, customer and project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: B.Sc, BCA, B.Com graduates with 70%
Skills:
- MS Office knowledge.
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Do good to the environment, contribute to the cause.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly with a proactive attitude.
