Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Update Reports: Analyze the previous night’s Shipping Report and current day’s Receiving Report, ensuring accurate updates in the Client’s tracking system.
- Manage Freight Issues: Assess the Frustrated Freight Report, escalate issues by creating ARs (Action Requests) as needed.
- Monitor and Resolve Delays: Review the Delay Reasons Report and update the Client’s tracking system accordingly.
- Ticket Management: Run pre-defined queries in the Client’s tracking system to identify new assigned tickets for HCLTech L, creating necessary ARs and orders in HCLTech’s ticketing system.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct a thorough quality check of newly created orders to ensure accuracy in the tracking system.

Skills:
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and standard applications (MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word).
