Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team responsible for IN (Intelligent Network) activities in the mobile telecom network.
- Administering and maintaining IN and support systems.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Conducting planned maintenance activities such as health checks and backups.
- Addressing problem issues and following up on Customer Service Requests (CSRs).
- Ensuring smooth system and service handover from project phases.
- Implementing and testing tariff changes.
- Modifying network points with precision and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Degree in/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, MCA, etc.
Skills:
- Proficient in the specific IN system/s used in mobile communication networks.
- Comprehensive understanding of all processes and routines associated with IN systems.
- Demonstrated experience as a System Engineer in a mobile network environment, showcasing expertise in network operations and management.
- Knowledgeable about 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, with a deep understanding of signaling protocols such as INAP (Intelligent Network Application Protocol), CAP (CAMEL Application Part), Diameter, MAP (Mobile Application Part), and SCAPv1 (Service Capability Application Part version 1).
- Experienced in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting IN systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Skilled in analyzing network traffic patterns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proficient in implementing and testing new features and services within the IN system/s, ensuring compatibility and adherence to industry standards.
