Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HUB tasks are performed during operation.
  • Investigate/resolve my Oracle customer rights and support issues using appropriate procedures.
  • Use SR suggestions when editing and managing SRs.
  • Monitor unassigned dedicated channels, local messages, failover paths and SR exceptions, routing or allocation as needed.
  • Quickly respond to update requests using the file update process.
  • Encourage customers to respond to service requests in English instead of the local language.
  • Encourage customers to use the customer portal instead of calling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Respond to processing or processing issues by calling the appropriate technical person or reporting the issue to the Global Account Center Manager.
  • Contribute to process, development and information management.

Qualifications and Skills
