- Proficiency in Model-Based Testing (MBT) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling for automating the test life cycle
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into testable requirements.
- Proficiency in identifying and analyzing potential risks and issues in the testing process.
- Excellent business etiquette in email content, fault report tracking, and voice calls.
- Setting criteria, parameters, and scope for testing.Ensuring timely and accurate updates in project-related trackers.Managing the release of test status dashboards and other reports.Ability to work with development teams to identify and capture test cases.Ensuring test defects are raised according to defined norms with clear descriptions.
- Ensuring good quality of interaction and timely responses to customer requests.Maintaining high standards for on-time delivery and adherence to SLAs
- Working closely with peers for peer review processes.
- Coordinating with various teams for UAT and other testing phases
