Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead to ensure consistent implementation across all systems.
- Assist in designing software configurations and customizations aligned with business process requirements and application specifications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for build, deployment, and configuration tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
- Manage source code, environments, and release versions using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps to ensure traceability and integrity.
- Configure and maintain multiple environments (development, testing, staging, production) to support agile development and continuous delivery.
- Ensure configuration practices comply with Accenture’s quality standards, security policies, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, SOC, GDPR).
Integrate configuration management tools with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms, and cloud infrastructure for seamless delivery.
