Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries about product features and capabilities via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and assist with in-product and third-party configurations.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to escalate critical issues and suggest product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during incidents and effectively communicate status until resolution.
  • Consistently meet SLA and key performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s or Any Graduate degree

Skills:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
  • Willing to work night and weekend shifts, either permanently or on a rotational basis.
